How soon will I get my package?
We know you're excited about your order and we are too!
Typically, it takes 2-4 business days for your order to be delivered.
Which courier do you use for shipping?
Smaller parcels are sent via Hermes
Larger parcels are sent via UPS
Can I update my delivery address after placing the order?
Once your order is processed, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address. If your package returns to us due to an incorrect address, we will notify you.
Returns
What is your return & refund policy?
Please inform us of your intention to return your product by contacting our Returns Department by filling in our contact form for a member of our team to get back to you.
You will be given a returns instructions.
Returned goods will only be accepted when a returns number has been given.
- The product must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery to you
- The products must be returned in their original condition, including outer packaging, unused and in perfect saleable condition
- You should return the product at your own cost to the returns address. Ensure that the product arrives safely to us, we strongly recommend that you return the product to us by recorded post.
When will I get my refund?
Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned received by our warehouse and it usually takes between 1-2 business days for the refunds to be credited to your bank account.
Please note that the time taken for a payment services provider to provide you with your refund can vary depending upon the payment provider.
